The MindBody MOT combines a stress-busting massage with a coaching conversation.

Stress is an imbalance of the mind it also has a debilitating effect on the physical body. Chair massage is an ideal way to relieve the physical discomfort caused by stress. Clients have found the massage has helped them to have a relaxed and more powerful coaching conversation.  It has proven to be especially beneficial to clients who are particularly anxious or nervous.

  • The neck and shoulder massage relieve the tension that causes strain on the eyes and headaches.
