My Approach

The Three Principles is a unique approach to helping people that has been gathering momentum all over the world for the past forty years. The Three Principles of Mind Thought and Consciousness is the foundation of the human experience that we know as life. Principle-based coaching is unique because it does not involve the use of any models, systems or strategies. Instead, an understanding of the Three Principles gets you straight to the heart of the matter. As your understanding deepens, you will notice a shift in your thinking, allowing you to make any changes that you feel you need to.

The human mind is limitless, and we are all built with everything we need to live our best lives. Sometimes we get lost and forget how to use our inbuilt tools. As a Three Principles-based Life Coach, it is my job to help to guide you back to your true nature. Embracing your true nature will enable you to see new possibilities, maximise your potential and live your best life.

For the past three years, I have had the privilege of helping my clients with some truly amazing transformations. This understanding is so powerful yet simple, and once you understand the Principles, the trajectory of your life changes forever. The changes that occur are so profound that those around you will notice. They’ll see and feel a more powerful, and capable version of you that you’ve always had inside of you just waiting to be unleashed into the world.

The Coaching Session

Coaching is a conversation, question-based process where a space is provided for you to talk freely — a calm space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in complete confidence. There is no session plan allowing our conversations to be relaxed and completely authentic. I will use my understanding of the Principles to point you in the right direction. While we work together to deepen your understanding, ultimately leading you to your inner peace and calm.

The Intake Session

I offer a 90-minute 100% free coaching session; this session gives us the time to have a comfortable and meaningful conversation. It gives you the opportunity to talk about what is going on in your life, I can then explain exactly how I can help and see if we would be a good fit.
